This is my most favorite and first self help book i read, in this thousands of unbelievable but worthy ideas are given. I love to read this one again and again cause it gives me hope
I read it at my initial days of college, I was totly different person before college or I would say before reading this book, the most powerful thing is describe in this book is power of your thoughts specially how you can cantrol your mind and faith both that works for me in reality, with practical examples.
I think the most underrated self care is affirmation , so basically affirmation are like kind of positive self talk you command your mind to believe in what you say, I prefered to saying what I want to be Or attracted to be such as being independent was one of my most common command to myself.
I took a blank page and write things what I want to be,in the morning I wake up and on the bed i recall my affirmation such as I am beautiful , I am strong and I love myself and read them , believe they help me to grow my self esteem to next level .
Now the main reason why I shared it with you because it’s like a kind of rule that if you can make world a better place it’s the best thing to do and I really hope that every person who are struggling in their life apply it and ease little their struggle and make this world better, try it your own and for more tips read the book , worth it.
